What you do with us

  • You will perform accounts payable and support our team in accounts receivable, as well as fixed assets and general ledger entries
  • You participate in the preparation of reports and annual financial statements
  • You take care of the account reconciliation and the clarification as well as the monitoring of the open items incl. the dunning process
  • You check incoming invoices for factual and legal accuracy
  • You prepare the payment runs
  • You check and book the incoming and outgoing cash transactions
  • You are responsible for the master data maintenance of our accounts payable and accounts receivable master record
  • You are the contact person for creditors, tax consultants, banks, tax offices, health insurance companies and third parties

What you bring with you

  • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a balance sheet accountant or a comparable qualification
  • You have professional experience and knowledge in the field of finance and are familiar with the structure of a balance sheet
  • You have a self-reliant, structured way of working with a high attention to detail
  • Your English skills are very good? Our company language is German and English, you work with us in an international team
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel
